Becafel what you ask for from an attorny

Hired Jeffrey Jensen in a review of case seemed like he was willing to help me ended up finding in the review that there was possible findings ways to establish a way to reopen case yet felt he was in no need willing to help after I paid him. be care full who you deal with once they have your money h...elping you doesn't matter anymore. I would not recommend this attorney especially if your wanting something done in a case.

It can be disappointing to hire a lawyer to review your case, only to find out that you have no legal issues that are worth pursuing. However, rest assured, the opinion we give you following a review of your case is based upon over three decades of experience, and it is an honest assessment of your chances. We always charge an hourly fee for file review; and, therefore, you only pay for the time actually spent reviewing and researching your case. As we are sure that most people understand, an attorney is entitled to be compensated for the time he spends working on your case. It is not dependent upon him reaching the legal conclusion that you desire.

In 2005, I was charged with a crime that was classified as a class C felony. Jeff was referred to us by a close childhood friend. When I met with Jeff for the first time, I didn't know what to expect. The details of the what I was charged with were difficult and embarrassing to talk to a stranger ab...out. I advised Jeff that I wasn't guilty of what I was being charged with. Jeff's interaction with me was professional and nonjudgmental. My case went before a jury. Jeff was so thorough that I personally felt that if I were found guilty, there wasn't anything that I could fault Jeff for not doing. Jeff provided 12 men and women who I had never met before the information that they needed to make an informed decision.

An honest and efficient attorney.

He was completely and totally prepared for all court appearances with an astonishing amount of detail. I would not hesitate to recommend him. His handling of cases goes way beyond the fees that are charged; he genuinely cares about getting justice for his client.
