Sickened by the state of our criminal "justice" system, the dehuminazation of criminal defendants, and the blatant disrespect of personal rights afforded to the people by the U.S. Constitution, Attorney Nicole Muller has dedicated her life to a career that attempts to address issues that plague criminal defendants in Wisconsin. 

In a world where over 95% of criminal cases are resolved through plea agreements, Attorney Muller prides herself in the level of representation she provides to each of her clients--representation that focuses on pre-trial issues and motions; representation that does not seek the best plea agreement, but rather seeks justice. 

Based on these passions, Attorney Muller has worked with the Racine County Public Defender’s office to create a sentencing manual that attempted to reduce racial prejudice from detrimentally impacting a defendant’s sentence. Attorney Muller has also worked on issues surrounding the disproportional impact cash bail programs have on Milwaukee’s and Wisconsin’s urban poor; racial discrepancies in the courtroom and how jury pooling practices ultimately reduce a minority defendant from having a jury that represents a fair cross section of his or her community; and many other issues impacting criminal defendants here in Wisconsin.
