Fantastic representation, expectations fully met

When it came to representation, Ms. Scholz was wonderful in dealing with my case. Her approach was very analytical and her course of action was well developed. She kept me out of the courtroom, but most importantly was able to sway the outcome in my favor.

Amy was proactive, good attention to detail, patient with all of my questions, and brought multiple strategic approaches for us to review and decide on for my case. It was a very scary time to someone bringing very extreme and inaccurate accusations against me, but Amy did not back down, and professionally and intelligently delivered end results. All charges were dropped.

Diversion Agreement

Amy was able to meet with the DA and quickly resolved my case. We entered into an agreement to stay out of trouble for 6 months and in return the DA would cease from pursuing charges (Yes, I was never even charged). She responded to all emails very quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Amy as a lawyer for criminal defense. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

Multiple cases

Amy is an amazing attorney. I have hired Amy multiple times. She has gotten numerous amounts of speeding and traffic violations dropped. The best was how she handled me OWI case. All of my expectations were met with extraordinary service. Amy has handled multiple cases for me and without her my life in all aspects would be in total utter chaos. Every time I met with her or was in contact with her she always had a plan of attack. Not only did she have a plan but she also had a plan A, B, and C. She knows exactly what she is talking about and can handle any case no matter the difficulty. I cant thank her enough!

Great lawyer

Couldn't be more happier. Amy took over my Sexual Assault case dug through it and did what she is best at. Case was dismissed. I highly recommend Amy or the Grieve Law firm. Thank you team for your hard work.

Great result!

Amy helped me with my criminal issue, and I could not have asked for more. She gave me all the time and attention I needed, and made me feel like I was her only client. I never had an unanswered question, and I was 100% confident when I walked into the courtroom. I would definitely use her again!

Life Saver

Amy took my DWI case in January and I could not have been happier. She was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions promptly, she didn't judge me, but instead walked me through the most difficult experience of my life. Thank you.

Thomas Grieve was our my first point of contact when my 18 year old daughter was arrested and in jail. Amy was assigned our case and was with us through the whole process. Amy was successful in getting 2 felony charges reduced to one misdemeanor ticket and fine. We cannot thank her enough.

A Great Result

After a complicated and drawn out process dealing with two different counties, Amy fought for me and communicated well what was happening. After one door was closed she worked to keep me out of jail and allow me to keep my job. My family and I both thank her for her work. I'd recommend her services highly.

terrible experience

Amy did not look through or care about the details of the case. She is an attorney that only wants to do quick and easy pleas. I had to request the tapes and exhibits myself to do the research. After doing the research for her, she told me that the information could not be used as a defense and used in court. This was not true. I hired a different lawyer and found that I was provided with false information. Amy just wanted to take a plea and did not want to put the work into it. She was not familiar with some of the defenses that could have been used. I could have saved myself a lot of money, time, and heart ache, if I had gone to my other lawyer first.

Hired another attorney instead

Hired Greives Law and Amy took over my case. She was very unprofessional and was uninterested in helping me get the best possible outcome in my case. I quickly fired her and hired another attorney who has been nothing short of perfect.

Extremely Poor

Was rude was unfamiliar with my case and mixed up mine with someone else. Told me to try and take a plea agreement that would of got me 6 months in jail because I had no chance of winning. After firing her I got another lawyer and we got the charges completely dismissed. On a side note I feel she tired to flirt with me and was dressed in extremely unprofessional attire. I think she does this to gain the attention of male clients and was upset when I was more interested in my case then her. I'm a married man with kids and I was facing 6 months in jail I have more important things on my mind. Wouldn't recommend her.
