Almost 5 years ago, I went on FMLA and took a short medical leave from my job. My doctor told me that my job was protected and not to worry about missing work. To my surprise, when I returned to work, my employer abruptly changed my job duties and acted mad I had been gone. This was too much and I... was an emotional mess. I contacted this lawyer by phone and spoke with him regarding an issue we were having. He told me to call him back the following week as he would be going out of town. I called him back the following week to set up the appointment and got the information that he told me to get. He has never returned... my phone call. We have called his office several times, left messages with his secretary and also left messages on voicemail.This has been 3 weeks with no response. He should not have told us the items to obtain, also that he would help us and the cost for what he would do for us. Then he told us when to call back. We called back as he had asked and like I said no response whatsoever. I even called one last time and the person who answered the phone I assume his secretary I asked her to please at least call us back and let us know if the lawyer would not be able to help us still no response.
