Great attorney
Robert was the first call I made and immediately I could tell that he genuinely cared about my situation. When I met with him I was impressed with his approach with my employer. He calmed all of my anxiety and I am so grateful for his help.

Employment Contract
Termination of employment via the employee occurred while following the employment contracts guidelines. Two days later the employer provided immediate termination even though the contract specified 30 days of continued employment. Wrongly, the employer accused the employee of unsubstantiated counte...

I recommend Robert Mihelich.
I had an absolutely positive experience and am so thankful to have had Robert Mihelich represent me as my lawyer. From the first day I spoke with Robert for a free consultation, I felt comfortable and confident that I had found a knowledgeable, personable, and passionate lawyer to represent me. He wa...

Very disappointing, waste of money, no results
This attorney was all about helping me go after a my last employer who terminated me after I reported an incident of sexual assault. He claimed we had a really good case of wrongful termination (retaliation) and that we had a good chance of getting some type of settlement. I paid him a retainer whic...
We are very sorry that you had a bad experience. We understand that being terminated can be a very emotional and difficult life event. We strive for the best representation possible, and keep the client's best interests in mind at all times. In all cases we inform each client of the risks and costs of legal action, act diligently to determine the facts (ask questions), and adjust strategy as a client's personal situation changes. If it appears that continued legal representation will likely not result in a favorable resolution, we will provide frank and honest advice to the client to avoid unnecessary expenditure of time and money. We charge clients fairly for the work performed and provide detailed billing statements. While we are deeply disappointed to receive an unfavorable review, we would provide the same advice and representation again because while the client was unhappy with the outcome, our legal representation was reasonable and appropriate for her situation.

"I endorse this lawyer. Bob is a talented lawyer and a zealous advocate for his clients. I strongly recommend Bob for labor and employment matters."
"Robert is a very knowledgeable employment attorney, with strong experience including high-level appellate work. He is a "lawyers' lawyer", and someone who other attorneys (including myself) have gone to for advice. I have referred people to Robert, as I respect him as a lawyer and as a pleasant and reasonable person. I highly recommend him."
"Robert is a solo practitioner with skills that are difficult to match. He is respected by both his former clients and attorneys from both sides of the table. If you want an attorney who will get you what you deserve, Robert should be your first call."
