Recommendation

Attorney Olson did an excellent job explaining the terms of my agreement and how they would impact my future employment, including the benefits and limitations imposed. The process was quick, taking only a couple of days, which enabled fast transition to new employment and reduced costs. Tremendous

Alan Olson Superman Lawyer!

There are so many positive adjectives to describe my experience with Alan Olson. If I had to pick a few... Scary Smart. Brilliant Negotiator. Incredibly Thorough. Genuine. Caring. (I was dealing with stage 4 cancer and he lightened my load from 2018 through our settlement in 2021. He was always was there when I need him.) For me this was a very emotional case. He did everything to ease my mind and was confident I could deliver when necessary. He believed in me. We were always on the same page before any action was executed. You have someone on your side!

Any litigation can be scary but especially employee rights cases can feel as though you are David fighting Goliath. Alan supports you through the process. He is fair, reasonable and transparent. You will not feel left out to sea with Alan taking your case.

Highly Recommend

Attorney Olson is patient and understanding and his demeanor is very calming. Attorney Olson and Attorney Yurk never rushed me and always took the time to listen to all the details. A Skilled, Experienced and Honest Attorney

A business I started was almost immediately sued for a supposed breach of contract regarding a non-compete clause. This is when I met and made the choice to retain Mr. Olson as my attorney. Throughout the 2+ years of litigation, Alan and his firm were knowledgeable, skilled and honest regarding every event that occurred. This guy works hard for his clients.. I'd regularly receive updates and emails past 10pm on weekdays and weekends. Alan is not the cheapest attorney (not the most expensive either), but remember you get what you pay for. His superior talent, experience and dedication to protecting his clients is worth every penny. Mr. Olson was able to resolve my case on terms much better than I had hoped for. Thanks to him, I am able to freely compete in the marketplace and provide for my family. I would without question refer anyone to Alan and use him again in the future.
