Thank You for Proving My Innocence

I was wrongly being investigated as a suspect in a sexual assault case. The prosecution seemed like they had it out for me and I felt like I had nowhere to turn to. I had found out about Heath via this website and decided to contact his law firm, along with several others to see what options I had av...ailable to me. I’m very glad that I made the decision to go with Heath’s firm. Heath was extremely efficient in resolving the dispute between the prosecution and myself, and was fantastic at answering any and all questions within a timely matter for me. And believe me, I had a lot of questions. I’m forever grateful for the services provided by Heath and his firm and I can’t recommend him enough to anyone who is involved in a sex crime case.

Sir, I appreciate your need for confidentiality but I know who you are, and appreciate your comments. I can think of few things more terrifying than being falsely accused of sexual assault - the mere filing of a charge can change someone's life forever. I am glad we were able to push back against law enforcement even before a charge was filed, through investigation and strategy, and to keep that charge from ever being brought against you; you did not deserve to be falsely accused of such a horrible crime. We are glad you chose us and wish you the very best in the future.

Life Saver

Was looking at 20 years. Knew Trial was the only option, Heath fought from the beginning to end. Believed me since the beginning, treated me like a brother. Won trial, acquitted from all charges. Best of best. Owe him my life.

Out of respect for your privacy, I will keep your name out of this comment, but please know I know exactly who you are! We at SBBL will never, ever forget you or your case. As I have told my colleagues, friends, and family, I cannot recall a better day in my career than March 25, 2022, when I heard the jury foreperson say "not guilty" six times in a row. Everyone at my firm grew to deeply care about you and your wonderful family, and not one of us EVER believed you were guilty of attempting to murder anyone; we gave your case and your trial absolutely everything we had, and the hard work paid off. We knew the prosecutor's office was being extremely aggressive, and the judge was not doing us any favors with rulings from the bench. But it was all worth it in the end - the jury found you acted only to defend yourself and a family member you were trying to protect from serious or deadly harm. We wish you the very best as you recover from the last year, and rebuild your life - best wishes to you!

Thankful for Heath's legal representation

Excellent...will hire again!!!

Mr. Lynch made me feel more than comfortable from the very beginning. He spoke with much confidence, and that is what made me hire him. At the beginning, my husband was looking at a very lengthy prison sentence, and both me and my husband thought our hands were tied on more than one occasion. Once ev...erything was said and done, there was no prison or jail time, and my husband was able to get probation. Mr. Lynch and his team are amazing, and fought hard to get the best possible outcome!! I couldn't thank Mr. Lynch more, and would be glad to recommend him to anyone I know looking for a lawyer who is confident in what he does and will fight to get them the best possible outcome!!
