Mr. Lynch

Mr. Lynch was a phenomenal lawyer in helping resolve a misdemeanor case of mine. Him and his entire team was on top of everything at every second of the case. He listened to what I had to say and made sure that I was not alone and comfortable through the entire process, which ended with a dismissal o...f my case entirely. I would highly recommend Mr. Heath Lynch and his entire team to others in need of a lawyer. Im grateful and overall very satisfied with the turnout in the end.

A great decision

Right from the start I felt supported by Heath and everyone at the firm. My spirits were really down and they did a lot to give me hope! Long story short, they got my felony reduced down to a misdemeanor and I had no jail time or probation only a small fine. I couldn't be more happier with the result... they were definitely worth every cent that I had to pay! I would highly recommend Heath and this firm to anyone.

Jim, it was an absolute pleasure fighting this case for you. There are few things more intimidating than being brought before a Federal judge following indictment, and you handled the situation with tremendous grace. Professionalism at its finest

Heath was able to get my misdemeanor charge completely dismissed and provided guidance and reassurance throughout the process. What stood out to me the most was his vast knowledge of the court system and that he viewed me as more than just a client. The concern he had for my wellbeing was genuine. He... is very personable and fought hard to ensure I got the outcome I desired.

OWI case

Heath as well as his staff were very very helpful in my case . At 51 This was my first and only offence but because of my levels i was facing jail time. But Heath and his team got me a good deal and NO JAIL TIME !

Successful First DUI Charge Dismissal

I hired Heath Lynch after consulting with 4 other attorneys about my first DUI charge. His expectations during our initial consultation proved true through out the duration of my case. He made no promises, but clearly stated the order of events that my case would take. We held 3-4 follow up meetings... (he was graciously flexible when I was unable to meet in-person, we also opted for phone conferences). He was willing to listen to any questions or suggestions I had about my case, and stood by his approaches with clear understanding of the law and the probable behaviors of the prosecuting attorney, but was also suggested alternative notions and re-appeals, based on the unique variables of my case. He was persistent when contacting the witness on my police report. Chastity and Mackenzie, the legal assistants at SBBL, were extremely thorough with explanation of what was needed from me through the duration of the case. They sent digital copies of any court paper work in a timely manner. They are efficient and thorough! Thank you, Heath, Chastity, Mackenzie, and Rachel!
