Heath was tremendous in helping me through a very difficult time. I am not sure why or how, but I made a very stupid decision one night. I contacted Heath right away and he helped explain my options and was very easy to talk to. He heard my story and laid out what he thought we should do. He ended up... getting my charges dropped down to Driving while visually impaired with no probation. A huge win for me. I could not have asked for a better DUI attorney. Looked around for lawyers specific to my charges and am I glad I went with Heath. Other law firms in the area wanted me to plead guilty from the get-go in the same 2min phone call I inquired about their office. I was facing a felony CCW and a super drunk DUI charge. I was very nervous about this case and immediately after consulting with heath I felt much better. He was a little more expensive than some of the other lawyers I consulted with but I could tell right away he was willing to go above and beyond for me. I believe he could have gotten the CCW charge dismissed if we tried but I am not a high stakes gambler and the plea deal he was able to work out was good enough for me. I will definitely be recommending anyone that I know that needs legal help to Mr. Lynch as this whole process couldn't have gone better without him.
