A family member was facing serious CSC charges that came with a penalty of up to 45 years in prison after some false accusations were made. It is difficult to describe just how incredible Attorney Heath Lynch is. 13 months ago, I was falsely accused of four crimes that I did not commit. Two of them very serious. Prosecutors office offered one deal that I found tremendously insulting since I had not committed any crime and Heath never shied away from the fact that I was willing to continue fighting. She would always say things like “I will see this whole thing through with you,“ and always gave words of encouragement when necessary due to the fact that trials can be exceptionally stressful. After turning down the same deal four times, we were set for trial. Halfway through the trial, prosecution offered the same deal one final time. I said no and Heath and I triumphantly walked back into the court room and continued the case. The result of the case was far more amazing than I could’ve ever imagined. The jury deliberated for 15 minutes and came back with a full acquittal!!! Heath is an attorney that fights hard, stands up for what is right, never backs down and always puts his clients first. I have met many attorneys in my life throughout my academic rigor but I can safely say that Heath Lynch is the finest attorney I have ever met in my life. He saved my life. Without him, I have no idea where I would be at this present moment in time but it very well might not be in the comfort of my home. The adage goes, “if you want something done ask a busy person.” Heath Lynch is that person.
