Great Attorney!!

Heath Lynch was excellent representation for me! I cannot say enough great things about him, and the firm. They were with me every step of the way, always communicated wonderfully and kept me in touch with everything that was going on. We were able to catch lightning in a bottle at a time when I thou...gh I was going to lose my job and my drivers license, I was able to keep both thanks to Heath. I am eternally grateful for his service and I absolutely recommend Mr. Heath Lynch!

Csc 4th degree- no charges

I was being investigated for 4th degree csc (sexual conduct with a client). Heath was knowledgeable, and comforting yet realistic. His team was available in the event Heath was unavailable and I needed someone immediately. He also worked well with my employment laywer. We never met in person (only re...mote), which would have been preferred by me. The process was lengthy, probably due to covid19, but thankfully no charges were filed. Thank you Heath and your team.

An excellent lawyer

We hired Bartish & Borgula Law, PLLC for one of our employee and had an exceptionally good experience. Heath Lynch's is an exceptional professional who knows how to easily handle cases from the simplest to the most complicated. Even we thought that will be an issue that we don’t speak a good Englis...h, for the language barrier we found a simple solution that brought good results in the end. Highly recommended, five stars.
