I received a call from Child protective services and my world got turned upside down. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I was being falsely accused of sexual abuse. After reaching out to several lawyers I couldn’t believe what they were telling me. I finally spoke with Heath Lynch and knew righ...t off the bat he was the one I was going to hire. I had several text messages to Heath, and he always responded in a timely fashion and assured me that we would get through this. After meeting with him he suggested that I take a polygraph which I would have done anything to prove my innocence. After a passing the test we sat down and he came up with a strategy on how it was best to present the facts. He wrote a very convincing letter to the detective and prosecuting attorney attaching the results of the polygraph. He did an excellent job in persuading the prosecuting attorney to decline prosecution against me. No charges ended up being filed and I couldn’t have been happier by the way he handled everything. If your looking for a lawyer that will stand up and fight for you, I highly recommend Heath Lynch.

felony dismissal

was falsly accused of felonious assault and heath and his team were able to get the charges dismissed in 2 weeks and then i got put on cps child abuse central registry and he was able to get my name cleared of the list would definately recommend this firm to anyone that is felling hopeless there nice... and on top of there game and ahead of the game as long as your honest with them
