You won’t find a better, more compassionate attorney!

My case was one in a million, not common at all. I was facing an uphill battle with very little money as I was unable to work in my profession due to the charges. Joe always made me feel like I was his most important client and was extremely knowledgeable to the charges I was facing. The way Joe care...s for his clients goes far beyond what any typical attorney would provide. I would recommend Joe to anybody that needs a caring, knowledgeable attorney that is willing to fight for you till the end. He stuck by my side for almost a year and half while the prosecution took their time deciding what they wanted to do. I don’t consider Joe just my attoney after all he’s done, I consider him a friend and will continue to visit he and his wonderful staff.

Best Defnese Attorney Available

Joe Simon is the best there is. I would recommend him to anyone that wants or expects the best legal defense available. I might even argue that he is among the finest attorneys in the United States today. He is a great friend and fantastic in his work.

Glad to have Joe Simon on my side

I was falsely accused of a crime with the possibility of significant consequences to my future livelihood. Mr. Simon worked diligently on my case, provided me prompt updates when he learned new information, and clearly explained the strategy options and possible outcomes. He understood the stressful ...situation of dealing with police and the prosecutors, and responded quickly if I contacted him with any questions. If a family member of friend is ever in a similar situation, I would refer them to Mr. Simon and know that they are in good hands.

Outstanding Attorney

After finding myself in a difficult circumstance I was referred to Mr. Simon by a local prominent attorney in another field of practice. Based on my professional experience I knew Mr. Simon was the one to represent me after my initial conversation with him. Once retained Mr. Simon immediately we...nt to court exploiting major issues of the prosecutions case. Mr. Simon's commanding knowledge of Michigan Law and courtroom procedure was made very evident during a suppression hearing and later during trial when I was found not guilty. I would recommend Mr. Simon to anyone needing representation.
