Outstanding Attorney

I cannot speak highly enough of Joe. He helped me resolve a matter when I genuinely saw no way out. Throughout the process, he was extremely professional, realistic, and supportive in all of our interactions. He always gave me an honest perspective rather than false reassurance, and in the end, he ac...hieved an outcome that I had only thought was a pipe dream. I would strongly recommend him to anyone dealing with a criminal matter, especially college students.

Very knowledgable and really compassionate

Best Criminal Defense Attorney

I am extremely grateful for the work my criminal attorney Joseph Simon and his paralegal Victoria You did on my case. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and honest about what to expect and explained things clearly. The case had been a really comolucated and long one. What st...ood out most was their attention to detail and strategic thinking. They were prepared, calm under pressure, and clearly knew how to navigate the system effectively. I felt represented and protected. Thanks to their dedication and skill, the outcome was unbelievable and incrediblely impressive, it was far better than I had expected. Excellent Lawyer

Joe was an excellent lawyer who turned multiple felony charges into misdemeanors and a sentence of probation. He and his paralegal, Victoria, were incredibly helpful and always available. I'd recommend him to anyone.
