I found myself in a predicament from a near 30yr old criminal case. Having spoken to 6-8 different attorney groups/solo attorneys, I decided on Joseph A. Simon. Mr. Simon was not the cheapest attorney but he spoke with the most confidence. I only had correspondence with Mr Simon and his paralegal but... both were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, expedient, and most important, they followed through. If they said they were going to email me, or call me, or find out, they did so. My case had the most favorable outcome and I am thankful for Mr Simon for that. Even if my outcome was not favorable (it was my fault for that incident anyway), one would have no argument against the performance of Mr. Simon. Not that I would ever have a need for Mr. Simon's services again, if you're 'shopping around', at least give him a chance. Joe is a great attorney, would highly recommend for your case. I was pulled over for speeding and charged with an OWI, after doing well on the roadside tests and blowing at exactly the legal limit on the breathalyzer. After consulting and hiring Joe, he got to work right away and was able to find som...e mistakes by the arresting officer for us to use.
