Excellent Attorney

Joe was recommended to us by another law firm while we were looking for a lawyer to take my case. Joe and his assistant Victoria were very prompt in their responses and guided me along the way. The entire case had affected my mental health and heightened my anxiety. After gathering the details of m...y case and talking to the witnesses we decided to go to trial. However , Joe was able to get the Judge agree to pre trial conference and eventually the case dismissed without prejudice. I owe it to Joe for believing in me and taking my case to a positive outcome.

Domestic Violence

Mr.Simon is a genuine, no nonsense defense layer, the type you want to have. He is analytical, pragmatic and thorough, but at the same time practical and funny. Most importantly, he keeps you informed every step of the way. The chance for dismissal of my son’s domestic violence case is low, but Mr.Si...mon prevailed.
