Memory and Responsiveness Issues Dramatically Outweigh Knowledge: FAIL
Her poor memory and lack of responsiveness were constant problems. If you dislike repeating yourself, want to be kept informed of progress, and expect that you don't need to project manage someone getting paid more than $250 per hour, find another lawyer.
