Joseph Simon is a fantastic attorney. I inadvertently landed in some trouble, and reached out to the law offices of Joseph Simon based on his high reviews. I spoke briefly with his paralegal, Victoria, before receiving a nearly immediate personal call back from Mr. Simon, who insisted I call him Joe.... Joe talked to me throughout his entire lunch break, explaining all of the hypothetical avenues which might arise and made sure I understood each step of the process. He even did a brief investigation into the case to see what he could find. All of his advice and suggestions up to this point were free of charge! Because of his personable nature, lauded reputation and willingness to do leg work right away, I knew he was the right man for the job and asked him to take my case. This was a great decision. Joe and Victoria were always in my corner and I was able to have peace of mind during the entire process, which ultimately concluded with tremendous and victorious results on our end. Joe is a miracle worker. I HIGHLY recommend hiring him and his team. I was arrested for a DUI offense (it was my second). Somehow, he was able to drop this charge. I only had to pay a small fine. I know that typically for a 2nd time DUI offense, you're faced with sobriety court, probation, community... service, alcohol testing, jail time, fines, license revocation, etc. But, like I said, I had NONE of that. All I had to do was pay a fine and had a quick court appearance via zoom that only took about 10 minutes. His secretary, Victoria, is very sweet and easy to work with as well! Joe and his team are very prompt with answering emails and phone calls and really help answer all your questions. I feel like he pretty much gave me a second shot at life. Throughout our phone conversations he also tried to ease my anxiety over this entire matter with small jokes here and there. I can tell he cares about his clients and sees them as people who he really wants to help. Again, I just want to stress that I walked away from a 2nd DUI with JUST having to pay a fee. This is literally unheard of for a second time offender. I have my driver's license, no points are on it, and I am free to live my life as I was living it before (but being more careful of course). Joe has a tremendous amount of experience in this field, and it shows, because he knows how to navigate the system. He knows the prosecutors and judges and knows how to plead his cases to get the most favorable outcome. My outcome is literally a one in a million chance. But Joe did it! I will forever be grateful to him and his team. I can't stress how much I would recommend him as your lawyer. He WILL get you the most favorable outcome possible!!

This was my first time ever dealing with the court system. Joe was unbelievable! He was on it from the start, every step of the way he made sure I knew everything I needed to do. Victoria his paralegal is phenomenal as well. She never missed a call, and always got back to me. In the end, Joe help...ed me get to a greattt result in my case. We did not have any legal contacts and selected Joe Simon based on the reviews we read. After speaking with Joe, we were impressed with his concern he showed for our son's case. Our son has been working to turn his life around for the last few years, however, he had some outstanding warrants for pa...st infractions. Joe was able to have one case dismissed with a restitution payment only. One case was closed with restitution, and fines only. The biggest challenge was our son's felony charge that Joe was able to get reduced to a misdemeanor, no jail, no probation and minimal fines. Needless to say, we are beyond grateful for Joe's hard work and expertise in accomplishing these exceptional results.
