Mr. Simon did a wonderful job on my court case. He used his expansive knowledge of the legal system and court process to get me the best result possible. I received the minimum sentence allowed by law. He was always there for me if I had and questions or concerns. He was readily available to me anyti...me I needed him. I would recommend Mr. Simon to anyone looking for legal advice or representation.

Before hiring Mr. Simon, I had heard great things. With that being said, he met the high expectations I set for him. Before a few months ago, I had never been in any legal trouble and I had no idea what was going to happen or how the process would unfold given the accusations against me, but Mr. Simo...n helped me every step of the way. When I had initially called, he fit me into his busy schedule and met me within a few days. For starters, he gathered all the necessary background information on the legal matter from me personally and let me know the different possible outcomes. Having met him and hearing his expertise on law and my specific legal needs, I decided to hire Mr. Simon. After having hired him, he kept me informed every step of the way and continued to list possible next steps for me and what he, as the expert, thought would be the best choice. For several months he contacted the prosecutor's office daily looking for updates and personally spoke with the prosecutor on several occassions. After following most of what he advised were the best decisions for my particular case, the proceedings were ultimately dismissed! I can't thank Mr. Simon enough. I came to Joe and Michael with a lot of problems in my DV case. The most difficult was that my prior representation was unable to secure my police video in a timely manner and this significantly delayed my case. Ultimately, Joe and Michael were able to negotiate a dismissal contingent upon successful... completion of a probation program. As someone with a lot to lose these guys fought hard for me, believed in what I told them, and they were ultimately able to negotiate a very rare no-contest plea which the prosecution almost never grants. I feel that I got the best representation for my case and absolutely feel that their efforts made a difference.
