There are over 1 million laws in the United States. My entire practice is focused on one. Because of my dedicated focus, I know the DUI laws better than most lawyers in the state of Ohio. I am a passionate DUI lawyer and I get results.
As the old adage goes, “a jack of all trades is a master of none.” If you’re not familiar with that phrase, it generally describes a person whose knowledge, while covering a number of areas, is superficial in all of them. It is why a general contractor who has a home improvement business generally relies on electricians, plumbers, and HVAC specialists. It is why a family doctor often refers patients to an OBGYN, dermatologist or cancer specialist. The concept is similar for lawyers. The more focused or limited an attorney’s field of practice, the more knowledge he will generally possess.
Using that concept as a background, I structure my DUI defense practice using a very simple formula: (a) a concentrated focus and dedication on DUI defense; (b) a concentrated focus and dedication to Ohio courts; and (c) a concentrated focus and dedication to limiting the number of clients/cases I accept. If you spend a minute or two thinking about my approach, it’s obvious why I get results. Extremely focused practice. Less clients. More attention for each client. I travel to all courts in Ohio, regardless of location. However, I only accept a limited number of clients. If you’re serious about your case and want a top Ohio DUI lawyer on your team, call me at or . You can also visit me online at .

Hard no
Spoke to him about my 2nd time OVI case and asked him the possibilities of a reduced sentence or a program instead of the mandatory 20 days in jail. He said that there’s no possibility of reducing it in any way shape or form and chuckled when I asked about any other possibilities and asked if I had ...

AWESOME
What can I say! Jeremiah went above and beyond to help me with my situation. He was able to get my DUI charges reduced to minor traffic violation with no probation and no jail time. He deserves the 5 stars because he was able to calm me when I was terrified of what could happen to me in this case....

Reduced charge to failure to control
I highly recommend Mr Denslow for OVI, he's worth every penny. I thought I would have 2 professional license suspended however he worked his magic with the court. I will recommend him to anyone facing OVI charges.

Thank you Mr. Denslow!
I was concerned about applying for my teaching license with a past DUI conviction. I called many lawyers to consult with, and most of the time I couldn't even speak with a lawyer. But Mr. Denslow was quick to return my call and send me emails. We had several email correspondences regarding the issue ...

Case Dismissed through Diversion/ILC. The prosecutor eventually agreed to reduce the charge and give the client a diversion program. After approximately six months, the case will be dismissed and she will have a clean criminal record.
Dismissal of felony charge. Defendant admitted to misdemeanor theft. He will serve a period of non-reporting probation and community service. Six months from now, we will expunge the case and the youth will again have a clean record.
Dismissal of felony charge. The case was reduced to a couple of misdemeanors that were NOT sexual in nature. As a result, my client walked away from the case with no incarceration at all, and a period of probation that will likely only last six months.
No prison time. I was able to work the case out with the prosecutor to the client’s satisfaction. While my client had to admit to a low level felony, he got most of the charges dismissed and avoided prison altogether.
Dismissal. After extensive discussions with the prosecutor, she agreed to dismiss the case a few days before trial so long as my client would complete a diversion program.
