Everyone makes mistakes. I made one and I was scared witless trying to sort it all out. From the moment I called the firm, less than 60 minutes after being released, I knew I made the right choice. I don't live in Ohio anymore and had been a resident in Florida for the last 21+ years. Eric was up... front and honest about all the scenarios that could play out. I'm 49, never more than a speeding ticket but that night in Cincinnati I made a bad decision to drive after I had been drinking earlier in the evening. I was a perfect gentleman to the officer and willingly performed every task. But it is what it is and I just wanted to accept the responsibility and move on with my life. Eric kept me abreast of what was going on and my options on a regular basis. I just wanted to get it done and over with so I had him offer a plea and flew up to get it done with. Eric was able to guide me to an acceptable arrangement which the judge was more than accommodating. I honestly believe that if I had anyone other than Eric, the outcome would have been much different and not in my favor. I owe Eric and his firm a debt of gratitude for getting me through this. I hope that I never need the services of Eric and his firm again but should that arise, I would not hesitate.
