Attorney Korduba graduated cum laude and Golden Key Honor Society from the University of Toledo in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy/Pre-Law. He attended and graduated from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1998 and has practiced in courts throughout Ohio ever since. Attorney Korduba is also licensed in the Federal Court (NDOH) for Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy. He is married with four children, lives and works in Medina, Ohio. The office is a beautifully renovated century home located at 669 West Liberty Street, across the street from the famous "A.I. Root Candle Factory" just West of downtown public square in Medina, Ohio. I know that you were worried and skeptical about lawyers and the legal system before you called my office; because of a prior negative experience. I hope that working with my office showed you that you do not need to be afraid; and that "justice will prevail" when presented properly with a thorough knowledge of the law and facts of the case. Yes, your case was a mess; but nothing I have not handled before during my past 20+ years helping thousands of other clients in similar situations as yours. But I could not have done it without your time, patience, cooperation and belief in the process. Together we managed to "right a wrong" and "fix" what was happening to you in court; once and for all! It was a true pleasure working "with" you and not "for" you. And I truly appreciate the fact that you understood and wanted our "direct no BS" style of legal services and representation.
