My practice focus is primarily encompasses Probate, Estate Planning and Real Estate law.
I am licensed in the State of Ohio and State of Tennessee, the U.S. Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
Our firm's focus on Probate practice includes but is not limited to assisting clients in administering probate estates, applying for name changes, adoptions, wrongful death claims and assisting clients in becoming guardians of persons and estates.
Our firm's focus on Estate Planning includes but is not limited to drafting, modifying and administering (or helping others administer) powers of attorney and other advance directives, wills, trusts, and assisting in business succession planning.
Our firm's focus on Real Estate law includes real estate business planning, representing residential and commercial landlords in evictions, preparation and review of cognovit notes, deed preparation and review, drafting and reviewing real estate purchase agreements and leases, easement and boundary disputes and real estate litigation. We also assist in foreclosure defense.
