I will be writing a extremely extensive review as I go through the legal process, but I would highly suggest against Mrs Tracy valerio as any amount of child custody attorney or any attorney for any amount of your fundamental rights amendment rights or constitutional rights! Ultimately I will be f...iling with the bar association for her illegal misconduct and usage of my attorney fees, her extreme unprofessionalism and behavior towards her clients of screaming and yelling and cussing at them, her lack in responsibility and effort that she puts in to a case no matter how high of importance it is, and the complete dereliction of duty that I see and behavior from herself and her office. It is attorneys like this that take advantage of clients and their finances which personally and financially drain them and ultimately most lose the legal battle as an attorney will just up and walk away from a case without repercussions taking your entire amount of finances that you invested in protecting your family without any results given in the process. 100% she should be bored and removed! UPDATE- upon reviewing three invoices which is the only three invoices that I had received the entirety of having this woman hired, also for our contract I was supposed to be receiving invoices every month, after reviewing the invoices finalized and her stating the amount of final trust released back to me all math is not adding up on top of, The amount paid to her, to the amount she is stating I paid (I have my bank statements of proof and her invoices) and on top of being charge different amounts on the same day line items that are incorrectly charged, I have asked her to review the invoices and be an honest attorney and release me and the accurate amount that I am legally obligated to her invoices, per my bank statements and paper trails. Over $1,000 on accounted for missing extra charged on top of the spreadsheet math doesn't even add up correctly in the first place by over $200 alone there. This is the result of an attorney having zero respect for their client, having done zero for the case with all evidence handed to them, showing up to trial with their tablet dead that had all the evidence on it, and no paper evidence whatsoever. All evidence including subpoenas laid out for the attorney without even having to draft them given to her at the very beginning 3 months prior no work has been done on my case ultimately she is stating she charged me $2,500 and I have paid her $6,500. She is only releasing me a check of $2,900. That math alone doesn't even add up. I hope she will be honest and release me the correct amount I will update as this continues on anything that I do to help anybody that is being taken advantage of by these attorneys! LASTEST UPDATE AND ADDITION TO TRACI Valerio and her law office! She mailed me my retainer after adding extra charges when she initially didn't even see that I had made a second large payment. So out of the entire $6500 I paid her she mailed a check for $2927.25. Welp I just got a letter from my back that she did a STOP PAYMENT on my check too refusing to give me the money she even openly admitted and also changed my invoices too.
