I was awarded a divorce last week and was fortunate enough to have hired Nick Rice and his team to represent me. Nick is straightforward and honest. I was especially impressed with his cross examination skills and knowledge of the law. The other side kept trying to throw us curve balls and change ups..., but Nick hit it out of the park at every hearing. He never fumbled about what to do next. Mary, his assistant attorney was the person I spoke to most. I appreciated how quick she was to respond and how easily she explained things in lay terms. I had gobs of documentation to go through and she was able to sift through it all and piece together my case in a way that was easy to show the court what was going on. Nick and Mary were literal answers to my prayers. In August of 2022 I was gearing up for what would be a nasty divorce and I knew I needed a lawyer, a good one. In the end, I won a divorce against a man that the judge even termed "emotionally and psychologically abusive" to both me and my children. All thanks to Nick and his team. My ex went through at least 5 lawyers during the two year litigation, but no matter what any of them tried to pull, Nick and Mary were ready at every turn! I am beyond grateful that God blessed me with the best divorce lawyer in the state of TN... that I could afford.

Nick Rice is an excellent attorney. Hired him back in 2017 while going through a rough split with kids involved. He made me feel right at home the first time we met and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Nick is a force to be reckoned with and means business. He does not sugar coat anythin...g and will let you know what to expect from day one. As a single father with two kids, I knew going in that the cards are not always stacked in the favor of the father, but it just did not turn out that way for me. He was able to get me everything that was asked for and then some. Nick is a winner and its obvious from how he carries himself. He is very much respected in and outside of the courtroom and deserves it. Who you pick to represent you through these tough times matters. Especially if you have kids involved. A local restaurant owner had some of my art work on display at his establishment for sale. After one of the pieces sold he took the other piece home and said he would pay me for it. After weeks of not returning my calls and refusing to return the art, I called Nick. After one phone call from Nick... the art was returned to me the very next day.
