Amazing attorney
I can’t begin to express how grateful I am that Heather Piper represented me during my divorce. The amount of detail and care she took with my case was phenomenal. She was always available if I had a question or concern and made sure to fully explain the process and what I should expect. I could go on and on, but I’ll finish by saying if you need a family law attorney that is responsive and really cares about their clients then Piper Law is where u need to be.

I retained Ms. Piper's services midway through divorce proceedings. During my initial consultation, Ms. Piper truly listened to my concerns & priorities. Not once did I feel like a number when dealing with Ms. Piper. Each conversation left me with a feeling of confidence that I was in the most competent representation imaginable. Ms. Piper & her team developed a strategy that lead to an outcome that I was previously told would be impossible. Parenting time was the utmost importance to me & when we finally put pen to paper, I had more parenting time than what would have been granted in trial. Ms. Piper respected my time & worked efficiently to provide an amazing outcome while avoiding unnecessary billable hours. I have and will continue to recommend her services to anyone going through the trying times that are divorce proceedings.

Amazing Family Law Attorney!!!!
I rarely write reviews of any kind. But this is certainly noteworthy. Heather Piper is an amazing person and attorney. She addressed our divorce matters efficiently, with great care, and attention to detail during this sensitive process. Currently, our family affairs seem better now than they have been in many years. Large credit to Heather. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a phenomenal family law attorney. Feel as though I may have also gained a friend in the process. Thank you to Heather for all of her expert guidance during very challenging times. Excellent Legal Representation
I was referred to the firm of Piper McCracken for representation during a Child Support Modification case. It seemed my case was more arduous than should be and it was an excellent choice to have Heather Piper as my legal counsel. Ms. Piper identified realistic legal expectations, laid out a plan for how she would proceed, and followed through with her plan to deliver successful results. Heather, was amazing!! First time I met her I felt understood. She listened to me and showed compassion and understanding. She showed this throughout the process. Heather Piper is an excellent attorney. She was obviously made to work in family law because she is a fierce advocate and also a great friend and counselor. We went into this knowing that we had an uphill battle to fight, and she exceeded our expectations. She worked to find a resolution perfectly tailored to us and our more than slightly complicated child custody situation. I would recommend Heather Piper to anyone looking for a family law attorney. We would not have gotten through this mess without her.

Proactive, intelligent, efficient, and tough
My case began in September 2011. I had a problematic wife who did the best she could to delay the divorce process and take as much parenting time away from me for our young son as she could. I went through the process of hiring and firing several prominent attorneys in Nashville...all of which would give into every demand by my wife's attorney and would try to get me to settle for less time with my son. I was emotionally and physically drained every time I paid a bill to a lawyer that was not making things happen. Then I met with Heather Piper. Her extensive experience as a litigation attorney served me well. Heather had my back and fought hard for my case with passion and integrity. She was caring and compassionate to my situation, and persistently tough in defending my interests. She was able to get all the issues resolved in less than three months with me getting exactly what I wanted and more parenting time with my son. I write this in hopes that someone in my situation will be led to the right lawyer, instead of spending more money than necessary going through several of the wrong lawyers.

Excellent Family Law Attorney - Honest & Ethical
I hired Ms. Piper to represent me in a child custody matter. She was patient and thorough. She explained every step of the process in detail, including what to expect in the courtroom and how to handle communication with the other party and his attorney. Her instructions were clear and concise, and no question was too silly for her to take the time to address. My children are the most important thing in the world to me, and she made them her priority as well. Heather's strategic thinking and skillful representation of my case resulted in a very favorable outcome and I couldn't be more pleased. Heather truly cares about her clients, and she cares about the quality of her work product that determines the outcome of their cases. I highly recommend hiring her!
