I have had the pleasure of knowing Ms. Hoover from when she first began to practice law. She has appeared in front of me when I was a Judge at least 100 times, I have mediated cases for her, and I have had cases against her. She is consistently one of the best prepared and skilled advocates I know. I highly recommend her to any one seeking excellent representation.
