I had a similar experience. After hiring her and paying the retainer fee, it took her 2 months to file the petition, and it was not even correct or complete. She NEVER answers the phone, returns calls, or responds to text messages!! I had to contact her "assistant" to get anyone to respond after 2 we...

Don't give her a penny
I hired Patty to handle my divorce. She took my retainer and my filing fee. It took her two months to get my petition right although she had all of my correct information on file. She kept my retainer and my filing fee and never even filed the papers and refused to refund any of my money. This woman ...
