B. Grant McNutt is the managing partner of Bond, Botes, Sykstus, Tanner & McNutt, P.C. in Florence and Haleyville, Alabama, concentrating his law practice in the area of consumer bankruptcy law. Grant was born and raised in Winfield, Alabama and has been practicing Consumer Bankruptcy Law since 1999. Grant received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama where he graduated in August, 1995, with a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Finance with a concentration of accounting. Grant received his Juris Doctorate from the Birmingham School of Law in August, 1998 and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in the spring of 1999. Grant is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and is admitted to practice in Federal Court in both the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama.

What I like best about my job
When people walk in my office, they are stressed, worried and so unsure of their future. I love to give them HOPE! Hope of a future with peace and security. It is my job to help develop a workable plan to get them to that future and to walk alongside them each step of the way. I really enjoy changing the outlook for each client.
