I WAS IN POLK COUNTY JAIL FOR 15 MONTHS. I WAS CHARGED WITH BURGLARY, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE WITH STRANGULATION, TAMPERING WITH A WITNESS, RESISTING ARREST WITHOUT VIOLENCE AND PRESCRIPTION MEDS WITHOUT A PRESCRIPTION . WE WENT TO TRIAL FOR THE MISDEMEANORS CHARGES AND WE WON . WE GOT A JUDGEMENT OF A...CQUITTAL ON BOTH CHARGES. DURING THE MOTION TO SUPPRESS FOR THE MISDEMEANORS, THE COP TOOK THE STAND WHO ARRESTED ME. PHILIP CROSSED EXAMINED THE COP. PHILIP CAUGHT THE COP LYING AND CONTRADICTING HIMSELF . EVEN THE JUDGE SAID THE COP WAS CONTRADICTING HIMSELF . PHILIP'S CROSS EXAMINATIONS WAS LIKE WATCHING MICHELANGELO PAINTING THE SISTINE CHAPEL . PHILIP MADE A MASTER PIECE DURING CROSS EXAMINATION AND TRIAL . FOR THE FELONIES HE GOT ME THE DEAL I NEEDED. DROPPED ALL CHARGES TO MISDEMEANORS, WITHHELD ADJUDICATION, 2 YEARS PROBATION, AND I GOT TO KEEP MY RN LICENSE . I AM FREE AT LAST . I GET TO HUG MY BABY SON FOR THE FIRST TIME AND KISS MY WIFE, AFTER 15 MONTHS . WITH ALL MY HEART I LOVE YOU PHILIP ! I LOVE YOU JOEANN ! THANK YOU FOR FIGHTING FOR ME AND NOT GIVING UP !

Just a huge relief off me from my case , I was facing 4 false charges that were felonies, I explained my situation and Mr.Averbuck went right to work and went beyond what he was hired for , before he was even paid him and his paralegal Joann Worked to drop my charges and right now in the process of g...etting the charges expunged. Me Averbuck handled a very delicate case for us after we couldn’t find anyone for under $8000 up front fee. We are in our 70s and on a fixed income. He jump right in and after a while got the charges dropped. While this case was active we received an unwarranted eviction notice and couldn’t find an a...ttorney to handle the case as we live in a 55 plus park.
