Mr Averbuck was absolutely fantastic .... worked very hard on my DUI. .. he was able to get the charges dropped down to a Wreck less Driving after 6 months of appearing in court for me... I live out of the county over 2 hrs away and he appeared for me and kept me up to date with everything. . I met Mr.Averbuck back in 2000 When He was assigned by the court to represent me....He was a Public Defender. Even today after 13 years I still talk about Him.,He is very honest & trustworthy, kept me informed, and always made me feel comfortable. Just recently I needed Him to represent me at my firs...t appearance.I called Him at the last minute.We talked about my situation, and monday morning He was there and at a reasonable rate too!
