My husband was referred to this attorney by someone we know. His rates are way overpriced for the services he provided. My husband rarely was able to speak with him and he misled my husband to believe that he was in the Florida Diversion program when he was not. I had tp finally reach out to the Flor...ida Diversion program and get this process rolling. The only work he did was file my husband's plea and contacted the states attorney by email a couple of times for 2200.00. This is not acceptable and a compliant will be filed to the Florida Bar Association for excessive fees. My husband's case has now been resolved by the great professionals at the Florida Diversion Program. DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER!!!!

I highly recommend Mr. Averbuck. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Once I went in for my consultation he put my mind at ease in that stressful time. I explained my case and he clearly told me what he could do for me and I hired him. A little over a month later my case was dismissed. Do not hire this attorney unless you want to pay out money for nothing! He cost me an arm and a leg to represent my son for sentencing. I could have saved the thousands of dollars because the outcome of the sentencing was the same as if we had no lawyer. He is horrible when it comes to communicati...on! He will not return calls!
