Biography
I am very concerned about the increasing aggression for warrantless searches against citizens shown by law enforcement that I see in my practice. It appears that many of them do not even care about the Fourth Amendment of the US Constitution, and pretend that front doors to homes do not mean anything. They even make traffic stops for no other purpose but to search "suspicious" vehicles.
We defense attorneys need to be zealous about defending the Fourth Amendment rights that belong to ALL of us-- they are a precious heritage from our Founding Fathers!

Ticket for speed and registration
Excellent work of the lawyer to solve my tickets since it was 3 fines, 1 for high speed, one for not having the registration and another for the tinting of the front glass, he managed to dismiss them all, recommended 100% excellent work and quick solution

Speeding citation

Highly recommend
A few months back I got a speeding ticket and he got me off with adjudication withheld, no points on my license, minor court fees and the cost of the ticket. Phillip and his assistant Joeann are awesome, the communication was amazing I highly recommend!
