I WAS IN POLK COUNTY JAIL FOR 15 MONTHS. I WAS CHARGED WITH BURGLARY, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE WITH STRANGULATION, TAMPERING WITH A WITNESS, RESISTING ARREST WITHOUT VIOLENCE AND PRESCRIPTION MEDS WITHOUT A PRESCRIPTION . WE WENT TO TRIAL FOR THE MISDEMEANORS CHARGES AND WE WON . WE GOT A JUDGEMENT OF A...CQUITTAL ON BOTH CHARGES. DURING THE MOTION TO SUPPRESS FOR THE MISDEMEANORS, THE COP TOOK THE STAND WHO ARRESTED ME. PHILIP CROSSED EXAMINED THE COP. PHILIP CAUGHT THE COP LYING AND CONTRADICTING HIMSELF . EVEN THE JUDGE SAID THE COP WAS CONTRADICTING HIMSELF . PHILIP'S CROSS EXAMINATIONS WAS LIKE WATCHING MICHELANGELO PAINTING THE SISTINE CHAPEL . PHILIP MADE A MASTER PIECE DURING CROSS EXAMINATION AND TRIAL . FOR THE FELONIES HE GOT ME THE DEAL I NEEDED. DROPPED ALL CHARGES TO MISDEMEANORS, WITHHELD ADJUDICATION, 2 YEARS PROBATION, AND I GOT TO KEEP MY RN LICENSE . I AM FREE AT LAST . I GET TO HUG MY BABY SON FOR THE FIRST TIME AND KISS MY WIFE, AFTER 15 MONTHS . WITH ALL MY HEART I LOVE YOU PHILIP ! I LOVE YOU JOEANN ! THANK YOU FOR FIGHTING FOR ME AND NOT GIVING UP !

How do I begin? Well, I found myself looking for a lawyer after I was pulled over for a suspended driver's license.My license was suspended after a red light camera sighted me for running a red light. I never received notification in the mail, due to problems with my mail carrier. So, I never paid th...e ticket, and then Polk County proceeded to suspend my DL. When I was pulled over I advised the officer that I was not aware of the suspension and he believed me. BUT asked if he could search my vehicle. I asked the police officer why do you want to search my vehicle. He then asked again if he could search the vehicle. I said “NO”, there is no reason for you to search the vehicle, as I am not impaired. Next he called a K-9 unit and commenced to search anyways. The dog alerted the police officer, Oh and did I mention that my son was with me and we were eating Arby’s roast beef sandwiches in the car before the officer pulled us over. My son had a marijuana pipe that he shoved in the console of the car, and I had a prescription of Tramadol that was not in the prescription bottle. All of this was found in the search. I told the officer that the prescription was old and I did not have the bottle with me, and that everything they found was mine. I was arrested, booked, and locked in jail. By the way, Polk County has one of the nasty jails, and the police officer has the worst demeanor. After I was bailed out, I needed to find an attorney. Not just any attorney, but a good criminal attorney. I believe in God, and prayed very hard for him to lead me to the right attorney. Mr. Averbuck did an amazing job defending me. Mr. Averbuck kept me informed of every detail of my case. He called me and spoke with me personally and let me know what to expect each step of the way. Mr. Averbuck is very familiar with the process and all the players in the game. My Judge new Mr. Averbuck and said hello to him when we entered the court room. Mr. Averbuck filed a Motion to Suppress Evidence and subpoenaed the arresting officers to court. We never had to go that far as to hear the officer’s testimony as the prosecutor wanted to make a deal and not have to go to argument. My deal was a very good one and I left with a charge of having a prescription without my prescription (like the bottle or container that the med is supposed to be kept in.) Court lasted about 15 min. Mr. Averbuck is an amazing Lawyer and I am sure if we had to litigate, he would have prevailed. My opinion of his ethics, work, and reputation is that he is an upstanding, experienced attorney. You can relax knowing Phillip Averbuck is your attorney.

Charged with poss. meth and poss. drug paraphernalia for the fourth time in a row and I knew it wasn't gonna get thrown out because​ of having the same charges in the past. Averbuck got the state to drop the felony poss of meth and was charged with misdemeanor poss of paraphernalia for 12mths probati...on and they didn't suspended my license which they usually always do if you are charged with drug poss. For 1500 bucks he done a damn good job and got the deal I needed because I'd be really screwed if they would have suspended my licenses like they wanted to.

I had 7 drug charges , one was Trafficing, It was in Hardee County ,,I had given up hope I was facing 40 to 50 years if convicted , Mr. Averbuck told me from the begining dont worry thats his job him and his excellent Secretary put me at ease every time I talked to her , they set up affordable payme...nt arrangements ,, all the other 10 attornies said I needed to pray and throw myself to the mercy of the court !! and they wanted half up front , who has that kind of money, but Mr. Averbuck and his staff were awesome my case was dismissed,, thrown out like it never happen over a tiny loophole he found !! I would recommend this guy!! he is at the top of his game !! I owe him and his staff alot of years they saved me from prison and Im so grateful
