Mr Averbuck was absolutely fantastic .... worked very hard on my DUI. .. he was able to get the charges dropped down to a Wreck less Driving after 6 months of appearing in court for me... Philip Averbuck, First of all, thank you so much! I got a speeding ticket for 10 mph over. I am a CDL holder and drive 18 wheelers for a living. A ticket on my license could make or break me. Charged with poss. meth and poss. drug paraphernalia for the fourth time in a row and I knew it wasn't gonna get thrown out because​ of having the same charges in the past.
