I had false charges of Assault with a deadly weapon w/o intent I was thrown in jail and came out alone and scared I needed help !!! From the second I talk to his assistant Jo to today when all my charges were dropped . Mr. Averbuck met with us the same day we called. Our daughter had violated her probation due to no fault of her own. She was facing 8 months of jail time after successfully completing 10 months of her 18 months on probation. She would have lost a job she loved after working there for almost a year.
