I am very concerned about the increasing aggression for warrantless searches against citizens shown by law enforcement that I see in my practice. It appears that many of them do not even care about the Fourth Amendment of the US Constitution, and pretend that front doors to homes do not mean anything. They even make traffic stops for no other purpose but to search "suspicious" vehicles.
We defense attorneys need to be zealous about defending the Fourth Amendment rights that belong to ALL of us-- they are a precious heritage from our Founding Fathers!

Ticket for speed and registration
Excellent work of the lawyer to solve my tickets since it was 3 fines, 1 for high speed, one for not having the registration and another for the tinting of the front glass, he managed to dismiss them all, recommended 100% excellent work and quick solution

Excellent Lawyer
Philip Averbuck was my lawyer for criminal charges that consisted of a felony and several misdemeanors. He was very thorough when he discussed the case with me and wrote down the details from my perspective and carefully read the police report. What impressed me was how Mr. Averbuck looked at my case...

criminal defense⁹
Mr. Averbuck defended me in two criminal cases. He was able to get me into the Misdemeanor diversion program, which I completed and the prosecutor dropped charges. I appreciate him and his legal assistant very much.

Knows the law!
Mr. Averbuck did a great job representing us when false accusations were made. He knew details in the law that got our case dismissed without even going to trial! His office staff was also friendly and personable.
"I endorse this lawyer. I recently had the occasion to resolve a sensitive matter with Attorney Averbuck on the opposing side. His professionalism and candor was extraordinary in light of the nature of the situation. A true scholar and gentleman."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Averbuck is an excellent litigator and is very proficient in the rules of evidence and criminal procedure."
