Mr Averbuck was absolutely fantastic .... worked very hard on my DUI. .. he was able to get the charges dropped down to a Wreck less Driving after 6 months of appearing in court for me... I live out of the county over 2 hrs away and he appeared for me and kept me up to date with everything. . My driver license is revoked for life for drinking and driving. I got caught driving and was facing a year and a day in the Polk County Jail. I decided to hire Mr. Philip Averbuck. I live over an hour away from Polk County and can't drive so I signed a waiver of appearance and let him handle it all. ...When I finally had to make an appearance in court, the state offered me 4 months in jail with fines and court cost. He didn't accept it. Approximately a month had passed and he called me to tell me he had gotten it reduced to no jail time, six months probation and 50 hours of community service but I'd have to come down there to do it. I was hoping I could get it all transferred up to here but I wasn't going to press the issue, but Averbuck knowing I didn't have a license or car, obviously worked on my case even more and when I went back to court for the sentencing, he got it knocked down to still no jail time, six months unsupervised probation that I can mail the payments in to them including early release after I pay off everything and able to buy out half of my community service and serve the other half up here where I live.
