Representing people since 1997, I have fought hard for those accused of crimes, traffic cases, and criminal traffic charges.  As the Past-President of the Pinellas Assn. of Criminal Defense Lawyers, I've been able to deal directly with prosecutors, judges, and fellow attorneys. Being a former public defender who NEVER represented the state but only those accused of crimes, my passion has been to zealously defend clients and give them the personal attention they deserve. In addition to handling all felony, misdemeanor, and DUI cases, our firm does wills, trusts, probate, and personal injury. So, call for a free consult.

In addition to my legal career, my other great love is traveling the world.  It gives one an unparalleled perspective on people.  However, when I am at home, I enjoy riding my motorcycle, a Kawasaki Vulcan.  I often get clients whom I can relate to that are also fellow riders so that experience is invaluable.  I also stay active with sports such as volleyball, kickball, water skiing, and snow skiing.

DUI and VOP
This was my first DUI and I had a VOP by driving on a suspended license. Me Epifanio was able to get the charges against me dismissed and I did not have to face jail time. I would recommend him for anyone who has any legal issue with anything associated with DUI's or VOP.

Motorcycle speeding ticket
Craig got my husband out of a speeding ticket (I'd rather not say how fast). He has a CDL it would have been so bad for us. Craig is first and foremost a great attorney, knowledgeable and sincere, he does not blow smoke you-know-where, is prompt in returning calls, is great at calming his clients' jangled nerves, and contrary to the one idiot who posted the one star review, is extremely reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. We would not even consider going to court, in the future, for any reason without him.

Excellent attorney
I was very pleased with how Mr. Epifanio expeditiously handled my case. Traffic infraction
had accident, recieved traffic citation and i wasnt even the one in the wrong , went to Craig Epifanio and case got dismissed. He is a very knowledgeable person, and kept informed along the whole way. Great lawyer , very highly recommmended! Thank you!

Craig is an Excellent Attorney
While I do not know Craig personally, we have consulted on several matters. He has always responded in a very professional manner. I have a great deal of confidence in his work. Criminal law is difficult and uncertain but I know that Craig gets the best possible results for his clients.

traffic red light camera
Second time Craig has represented me in red light camera issues, honest, straight forward, with a positive attitude. I felt very comfortable with him. Both cases turned out as I expected. He did an excellent Job.

Traffic violation
On July 3 of 2013, I received a ticket for careless driving in manatee county. I contacted Mr. Epifiano . I explained the situation and was very pleased with the consultation we had. Mr. Epifiano took my case and I was informed he would handle everything. Mr. Epifiano contacted the court, set up the court date, had the charges dismissed, all of this was performed without my having to miss a single day of work. I would and will recommend this gentleman to anyone having a traffic problem.

Glad I called him!
"I hired Mr. Epifanio for several traffic matters. I was concerned becuase I have a fairly bad record so I wasn't sure if he or any other lawyer could help me. He explained that since he isn't the judge he couldn't guarantee anything. However, even with my bad record he was able to get me no points and no school. I all I had to do was pay the fine (which I was happy to do considering my record). I have referred him my friends and family and they all have been happy with his professionalism and unlike other lawyers, he is not afraid to tell you if it's a bad case. I have hired attorneys in the past on other matters both criminal and civil and Mr. Epifanio is very good about explaining the process and returning phone calls if I ever have any questions. His motto of helping good people in unfortunate situations is really true."

This Attorney Rocks!!!
I was arrested on a domestic charge on a Saturday night. I called Mr. Epifanio and he was the ONLY attorney to show up for arraignment on a Sunday morning!!! I was so happy to see him. Not only did he get me released without bond, but he also got my case dismissed from the court. I don't know any other attorney that would go the extra mile like he did. If you need help, call Craig.

Client Review
I was mislead into believing that I could trust him with my speeding ticket. He calls to tell me "Great news! For $300 more , the Judge has offered to settle without any points to your license and no traffic school!" People, you will get the same result if you yourself were to stand before the Judge and plead No Contest. I paid $200 extra (lawyer fee) for this result, please don't repeat my mistake. He claims to have a great rapport with the Judge but obviously not considering. This lawyer is neither honest nor upfront. He should have met with me, first of all, and let me know the pros and cons of this whole affair. He hid in his office when I came to talk to him about this case. His secretary, nice as she is, was only there to collect the fee.

Sounds like you got a great deal to me, you had an attorney appear on your behalf in court and he managed to get adjudication withheld, without driving school being imposed.
