DUI

Folks, Lee is a First Class lawyer. His staff is First Class. I never had to worry for one moment. I didn’t have to bug them for information because they kept me informed throughout. It’s the little things that make the biggest difference in a DUI case and that’s where he stood out and made a huge difference. I’m also glad someone reference Lee to me because the outcome could of been far worse.

DUI case got dismissed

Mr Lockett took on my case. Somehow he won the DMV hearing where we challenged the automatic license suspension that came along with the DUI charges. At the end, after many hearings the state dropped the DUI criminal charges. The whole process extended over 8 months, but I have no criminal record, and nothing on my driving record now.

Simply the best

I had several complex criminal traffic charges related to DUI. I researched and talked to my friends in law enforcement and attorneys about who was best to approach. I kept hearing Lee's name. He is one of the region's foremost authorities on current DUI laws and constantly updating himself on changes in law and educating himself for his clients benefit. I can say without hesitation, the outcome of my case was the way I hoped. He and his office kept me calm when I was anxious and acted highly professional every step of the way. Great Attorney-Highly Recommend

I received a speeding ticket in Jacksonville, FL, that Attorney Lockett handled very efficiently. He took care of the court date, showed up to court for me and I did not receive any points or need to take a driving class. His staff is very kind and super helpful. I am a very busy person and having Lockett Law to be there for me to handle the extra things involved is a blessing. I will defiantly use Lockett Law again, as well as recommend him to everyone.

TRUST LEE LOCKETT!! Competent, Capable, Courteous

Lee Lockett is seriously one of THE best attorneys I've come across. This is the guy to call when you don't know who to call!!! He is respectful, intelligent, timely and professional and knows the LAW! Mr. Lockett always made me feel like he cared about me and my case and I never felt uniformed! Pleasant and Professional - Ideal Results

I am very impressed with how well Lee conducted my case. He was professional, very prompt in returning emails, and always kept me up to date with any new information. Although my case seemed to be rather difficult, Lee found every possible angle in which to tackle my offenses. In the end, we were successful able to drop a 2nd DUI charge down to a reckless - cleaning up my record and opening the possibility for me to regain my drivers license (2 1/2 years before the end of my revocation period). I would highly recommend hiring Lee to represent you. Great reputation, and great to work with.

One word: RESULTS

Lee Lockett is the best dang attorney you can find. In 2011, I was pulled over in St Johns County for doing 125mph. After refusing a field sobriety test, I was taken to the jail and blew a .21 BAC. Immediately after being released from jail, I retained Mr. Lockett. He understood that because I lived out of state, and traveled for work, I needed to retain as much of my freedom as possible. For two years, he fought hard to get my case resolved. I was able to keep my job and travel. I'm proud to say that my DUI charge was reduced to a misdemeanor reckless driving charge, and I highly recommend Stone Lockett to anyone who is going through the arduous process of defending themselves against charges from the State. Mr. Lockett always took my calls, and gave me straight answers. There's no dilly-dallying here, just good lawyering.

Awesome!

Accused and arrested for DUI #2 and refusal to submit to breathalyzer. Lockett was recommended to me by friends and several other attorneys who specialize in DUI/Criminal law. Lee handled my DMV Hearing and because of his assertiveness, extensive knowledge and experience with this area of law, and his ability to set the tone and take control - the DMV gave me my license back! Lee is Non-judgmental and down to earth - truly understands that bad things happen to good people and takes almost a personal responsibility and sense of pride in representing you and your case - be it a big case or little case.
