Replied last July 26, 2010This client has not provided enough information to identify him however, the Bar takes a dim view of attorneys who take clients money and do nothing. I have been in business for almost 20 years and I have never been disciplined by the Bar for any reason, but especially for not diligently pursuing a case.

Replied last July 26, 2010The court did not allow the client's teenage daughters to travel to Atlanta for summer visitation due to the fact that the client had no fixed address and could not provide a definite place for the children to stay. The client was given open visitation in the State of Florida but chooses not to exercise it. Also, after writing this review, the client continued to use my services for her child support issues. Clearly I couldn't have been that bad if I was still her lawyer.
