Advises clients poorly. is totally fine breaking ethics which may work well for you but probably will backfire in the end, be careful. Good buddies with judge Hellinger but will make you swear to secrecy. Red flag. Probably means well but incompetent and weak kneed, relies on his friendships to help ...you. His paralegal had the courage he lacks but that's not very helpful for you in court. Good luck

The truth is that this attorney took my money and did not represent my case at all let alone with any zeal, nor any intention of protecting me or my family. He came in and made a huge legal mess that I am still dealing with years later. In my case, then and looking back on this attorney and all th...e poor choices and very bad mistakes now, it begs the question of whose side was he really on. The things he did and didn’t do put me through so much so unnecessarily. The laws were on my side and yet, he did nothing to help..only hurt. Years later, and any attorney who has reviewed my case has said things like if they didn’t know better they would think he was working for the other side with all that he did and didn’t do. I wish I never met him. He helps to spell out the dark side of family law.

I retained Scott Orsini for a divorce and custody issues. He did not perpare for my case at all, He shows up in court unprepared and couldn't ask a first year law question. My case was a simple and he still managed to mess it up. He over bills for services that he never renders. I have read all reve...iws and I see Scott likes to make excuses. So here is my advice Scott. DO THE WORK YOU ARE PAID TO DO. Start actually preparing for your cases, especially for your trials and maybe your reputation will improve. You need to be repersented by a lawyer like yourself and see how you like it. YOU NEED TO BE DISBARRED.
