Scott Thomas Orsini

Scott and his team did NOTHING but take my money, have my child support raised while getting me joint custody, BACKWARDS !!!!and now won't answer the phone. This isn't fraudulent, this REVIEW is real. I call Scott now and he won't even answer or call me back. Ive had multiple lawyers in different ven...ues and Scott is the worst. He isn't thorough at all and his customer service sucks

On May 4th I had Mr. Orsini as a lawyer off of reference. The Judge, Jack Helinger was the managment. Unfortunately Scott never got with me about the specifics of the case. I had been Pro se for the prior two years and the fowl ups on Scotts end were unbelievable. He never got with me before the case... so He could not even ask first year law student questions that would have nailed a mother who has been using our child out of spite. Two years she kept our child away from me AFTER i brought it to the courts attention and Scott Orsini could not even nail her as a litigater would have. As the Judge ridiculed me for an issue that was not remotly about the current issue, Scott looked down at me and agreed that what I had done was horrible. Scott later said he could not interupt the judge. But he had plenty of time to agree with the judge, instead of defending me on the current issues. I told him we get in for another retrial or we are done. On the 6th of July we face the Judge again. And once again Scott and the Judge act like they are golfing buddies and once again everything the judge says is agreed to by Scott.The judge stated everything was my fault. And because I spoke out, Scott got in a tiffy. I had enuff of the judge stating false claims against me and Scott saying NOTHING to defend me. Even when i tugged on his coat, Scott still bushed me off. I had the proff the judge was wrong and making false statements. and because I spoke out Scott decided not to defend me the rest of the case. I had only seen my daughter once in two years. I let Mr. Orsini go because I felt he was more concerned with his reputation with the judge than defending me as a father.

I was sued for custody and DV, several of the best attorneys's in pinellas county would not take my case.for fear of opposite attorney and judge.Mr Orsini was referred to me we met and he agreed to represent me and financially did not bankrupt me as other attorneys had quoted me extreme prices that... I couldnt afford and gave me a undetermined length of time that case would end.He kept me informed, and answered questions quickly so I wouldnt worry.. and most important.HE WON my case..When other attorneys were fearful.I Srongly reccomend Scott Orsini He was Honest,Knowledgeable,and most of all a very FAIR attorney.

Scott, Did a good job of handling my case. He evaluated my situation, made recommendations, we agreed the best way to handle and resolve the matter. Scott worked on this case for almost 2 years. He did a good job. Scott is a busy lawyer, both his assistant and he responded to my emails and phone call...s on a timely basis.

I spent alot of money with no results. I called the office on several occassions to make an appointment to discuss my case and he was never in. I never received any updates...just a waste of time. When I finally got the appointment he was no help..my case was dismissed due to inactivity. I found o...ut by reviewing the court records on line! Horrible waste of time and money.
