The truth is that this attorney took my money and did not represent my case at all let alone with any zeal, nor any intention of protecting me or my family. He came in and made a huge legal mess that I am still dealing with years later. In my case, then and looking back on this attorney and all th...e poor choices and very bad mistakes now, it begs the question of whose side was he really on. The things he did and didn’t do put me through so much so unnecessarily. The laws were on my side and yet, he did nothing to help..only hurt. Years later, and any attorney who has reviewed my case has said things like if they didn’t know better they would think he was working for the other side with all that he did and didn’t do. I wish I never met him. He helps to spell out the dark side of family law.

At first I thought he would be upfront and honest with me in regards to my case. I thought he truely cared about my case I found out later all he was concerned about was taking my money and being one of the "good ole boys" If you want a real attorney that really gets things done do not hire him. He... is more concerned with trying to be friendly than working toward a conclusion. During our hearings he spoke out of line to the judge and before the hearings he tried desperately to make friends with our judge. Does not seem to know very much in regards to family law maybe he is a better defense attorney. I think he should stick with one form of law for his clients sake. Not professional at all in my opinion.

First off Scott was very direct and gave me an honest evaluation of my case which was refreshing. So many attorneys I have met with seem to give unrealistic expectations to prospective clients in order to obtain business. This in my opinion is a disservice to the client. If your looking for an attorn...ey to simply tell you what you want to hear regardless of the truth, he is not your attorney. My situation was limited and stressfull in some areas and Scott went above and beyond to figure out a way to make things work. I am impressed with his knowledge base and his attention to detail. His staff is always pleasant and willing to help. If you are in need of a family law attorney I would definately consider meeting with Scott.

A hearing on Contempt Enforcement against my ex was heard. My ex had denied me Court Ordered Visitation with my children. It was blantant contempt and never expected that my Contempt charges against my ex would be denied but they were. Scott did no homework, no preparation, nothing except come to ...Court and I was blasted with untruths and defensive position the whole time. I would have faired better on my own. I walked away deviasted. And still no contact with my children in a Parent Alienation Syndrone custody case.
