impressed when first talked to him had a slam dunk case with a post agreement that was bulit proof current lawyer was retrieing becaus of health and scott took the case but then didnt stand ground at all and rolled over for my ex wife and gave them everything they wnted post agreement said i get h...ouse 4000 sq ft which I build full custody spousal for life and child suport for 5500 also got to keep BMW m5 competition and have insurance covered now i dont have a house car kids and only get 1500 a month and now they cut me off from blood pressure medicine and insurance and instead of fighting tells me i have to jump through tape to even hold grouhnd only after i said i'm leaving did i get any trackshin and even now its not much and he was unprepared for the first case which the judge punished me for. maybe for some cases hes great but for single father who loves kids and just wants his family all that matters is money

The truth is that this attorney took my money and did not represent my case at all let alone with any zeal, nor any intention of protecting me or my family. He came in and made a huge legal mess that I am still dealing with years later. In my case, then and looking back on this attorney and all th...e poor choices and very bad mistakes now, it begs the question of whose side was he really on. The things he did and didn’t do put me through so much so unnecessarily. The laws were on my side and yet, he did nothing to help..only hurt. Years later, and any attorney who has reviewed my case has said things like if they didn’t know better they would think he was working for the other side with all that he did and didn’t do. I wish I never met him. He helps to spell out the dark side of family law.

I just went through a very difficult 5 year divorce with each side going through two attorneys and two judges(first one retired). I found Scott and chose him halfway through the case and wish I had found him at the beginning. His guidance throughout and his patience with me and the other side were a...wesome. He got me through a mess and is now someone I consider a friend. Divorce is trouble enough for all involved. It's never a "perfect" outcome as a family is now broken. Don't choose the wrong attorney, choose Scott. He will get you through it and make sure you get a fair outcome.

Scott is an amazing lawyer who was always up front and honest about my case. He was always available to speak to me when I had questions or needed an update. My case was put before a judge that made us go through the ringer for a simple matter, but Scott was undeterred and went the extra mile for me ...and my family. I highly recommend him.

Went and interviewed Scott and liked him. He convinced us he could do the job. I had a non-married daughter in jail and we had, had her daughter since birth and she was now 2. 6 months later daughter is out of jail and we still aren't to court. We move out of state and retain a new lawyer. Scott is t...old by us and our new lawyer to drop the case there..You can't have 2 cases going so it was imperative Scott drop the case there in Florida. Judge in Florida sets a trial date and for 3 months we are telling Scott to drop the case..Day of trial, Scott walks in to drop the case, which ticks judge off. Judge now assumes we have blown smoke and don't have anything on my criminal drug addict daughter. Judge now orders us in a different State to return her to her mother. 9 months later I get her back as my daughter can not take care of her. She is now almost 8 and we still have her. Unfortunately we spent 9 grand with Scott with results that hurt this little girl. I thought with him having little kids himself, he would know how precious children are and would be concerned of their well being. This was not the case at all with Scott, he had no regard for this child at all. He just kept taking our money. Once we were ordered to hand her back, Scott said we could appeal which would have cost even more money and would have been a waste of more money. Our little girl went through hell that 9 months and Thank God we have her back.
