Mr. Gary Williams is a smart, thoughtful, knowledgeable and tenacious attorney. We recently settled an ongoing dispute regarding the enforcement of the terms of a prenuptial agreement. It was an arduous and frustrating 5 year long process as my ex fought us every step of the way. My ex is a very vindictive person and I was concerned he may seek retribution now that the case was settled. In addition, Mr. Williams’s staff ending up saving me some money on fees as he is able to delegate certain tasks to paralegals and other staff members that bill at a much lower rate. My ex initially had a lawyer that had no staff and ended up paying much higher legal fees as everything his attorney did was billed at the attorney’s rate.
