Scott Thomas Orsini

I retained Scott Orsini for a divorce and custody issues. He did not perpare for my case at all, He shows up in court unprepared and couldn't ask a first year law question. My case was a simple and he still managed to mess it up. He over bills for services that he never renders. I have read all reve...iws and I see Scott likes to make excuses. So here is my advice Scott. DO THE WORK YOU ARE PAID TO DO. Start actually preparing for your cases, especially for your trials and maybe your reputation will improve. You need to be repersented by a lawyer like yourself and see how you like it. YOU NEED TO BE DISBARRED.

Scott, and I call him Scott because he not only acted as attorney, mediator but friend and confidant! He made it clear to the other counsel where he stood in the case and was able to resolve things within weeks without stepping before the judge....that saved me time, money and stress. I appreciate h...is candor and knowledge that he is willing to take the time to divulge. Having Scott in my arsenal has given me a much stronger position in more than one dispute where if I had gone to battle without the support of him as my attorney would have cost me over $50K out of pocket. I was sued for custody and DV, several of the best attorneys's in pinellas county would not take my case.for fear of opposite attorney and judge.Mr Orsini was referred to me we met and he agreed to represent me and financially did not bankrupt me as other attorneys had quoted me extreme prices that... I couldnt afford and gave me a undetermined length of time that case would end.He kept me informed, and answered questions quickly so I wouldnt worry.. and most important.HE WON my case..When other attorneys were fearful.I Srongly reccomend Scott Orsini He was Honest,Knowledgeable,and most of all a very FAIR attorney.

Scott, Did a good job of handling my case. He evaluated my situation, made recommendations, we agreed the best way to handle and resolve the matter. Scott worked on this case for almost 2 years. He did a good job. Scott is a busy lawyer, both his assistant and he responded to my emails and phone call...s on a timely basis.

I have known this attorney for 10 Years. I have used his services to get custody of my children and a divorce. He is a knowledgeable attorney. However I used him in my recent divorce and DVI hearing and he comlpletely dropped the ball. He did nothing to prepare for my case, didn't present any evidenc...e to defend me, nor did he allow my witness to be heard. I lost both the DVI which had no findings, and the divorce. I believe he acted maliciously, unethically. My life was destroyed due to his lack of action. I would never use him again nor recommend him.
