Replied last July 26, 2010This client's case was far from simple. The Judge did not allow the parenting coordinator to testify at trial due to his view that parenting coordinators are covered by the same confidentiality rules as mediators. Further, that particular Judge will not order 50/50 in a contested situation. So even if the parenting coordinator was allowed to testify, it would not have mattered. The client has not appealed, still owes me close to $4000.00 in fees and has instituted an internet smear campaign. I did not apologize because I did a good job at trial but the case was not a good one for 50/50.
