Scott Thomas Orsini

I've worked with Scott for about 4 years now regarding my divorce and child custody battle. All i can say is he's a great lawyer who has yet to let me down. He's a very down to earth kind of guy outside the court but once inside the court a totally different person who doesn't give up and keeps my ...interest at heart. Highly recommend.

The case is working out just fine. Scott is more relaxed with his work, which is something that can easily be misinterpreted. Give it some time and you'll find that Scott keeps a levelhead, which is, the key to what is needed for custody/support cases especially when, anger can sometimes consume yo...ur chances of winning. The system is a little slower for my personal preference, at the same time, it has allowed the time needed to gain a better perspective and handle with our situation. Scott has been great about encouraging a better perspective with his knowledge on the subject. Information is always good. Things are mostly peaceful for our child regardless of animosities. Everyone is remaining is good nature, so, I would say, Scott gets 2 thumbs up and 2 big toes up.!!!

I was sued for custody and DV, several of the best attorneys's in pinellas county would not take my case.for fear of opposite attorney and judge.Mr Orsini was referred to me we met and he agreed to represent me and financially did not bankrupt me as other attorneys had quoted me extreme prices that... I couldnt afford and gave me a undetermined length of time that case would end.He kept me informed, and answered questions quickly so I wouldnt worry.. and most important.HE WON my case..When other attorneys were fearful.I Srongly reccomend Scott Orsini He was Honest,Knowledgeable,and most of all a very FAIR attorney.

Scott has handled a wide range of issues for me from divorce, adoption, custody, corporate contracts and more. There is NO QUESTION he is brilliant. The two things that impressed me most is 1) how well he kn...ows everyone at the courthouse --- obviously, he has done a lot of work in courtroom experience and is well respected by all and 2) when I am anxious about my case, Scott Orsini keeps calm and an even keel --- well, that is until the other side tries to take advantage. Then, he lets them know that his kind manner is not a weakness ---- a different side of Scott comes out....bottom line, there is no one else I would want representing me in a fight --- he knows how to take care of business!
