Scott Thomas Orsini

In my personal and business life, I have a need for lawyers to handle all types of issues. Scott has handled a wide range of issues for me from divorce, adoption, custody, corporate contracts and more. There is NO QUESTION he is brilliant. The two things that impressed me most is 1) how well he kn...ows everyone at the courthouse --- obviously, he has done a lot of work in courtroom experience and is well respected by all and 2) when I am anxious about my case, Scott Orsini keeps calm and an even keel --- well, that is until the other side tries to take advantage. Then, he lets them know that his kind manner is not a weakness ---- a different side of Scott comes out....bottom line, there is no one else I would want representing me in a fight --- he knows how to take care of business!

I have known this attorney for 10 Years. I have used his services to get custody of my children and a divorce. He is a knowledgeable attorney. However I used him in my recent divorce and DVI hearing and he comlpletely dropped the ball. He did nothing to prepare for my case, didn't present any evidenc...e to defend me, nor did he allow my witness to be heard. I lost both the DVI which had no findings, and the divorce. I believe he acted maliciously, unethically. My life was destroyed due to his lack of action. I would never use him again nor recommend him.

Such a simple case. I hired Scott close to a year ago to aid me in getting my son. I payed the money up front and left his office in high spirits. Almost a year later no child, not a sheet of court documentation. I am no closer to having my child in my arms than when we started. By the way the mother... of my son passed a way and a relative took my son to another county and hid him for 6 months, I abtained a lawyer seeming that Fl. laws are clear that the biological father gets the child. Scott told me this would be easy and would only be about paper work. Still no child and no reply from from my hired attorney.
